How can we help?
Can I choose to do only one service?
You can choose a main service and apply any add-ons you would like. For example, a few add-ons are toothbrushing, deshedding service, etc.
What do you recommend for different hairstyles for different breeds?
All of our groomers are well trained in the various hairstyles for different breeds. The groomer will work with you when they arrive for your appointment. They can consult with you about what would work best for your dog or cat, keeping your preferences in mind.
What makes your groomers professionals?
We prequalify our groomers and ensure they have at least 2 years experience at a reputable salon. The groomers also can communicate with each other if they ever need a question answered concerning a groom.
Is there a size or weight limit?
We are able to accommodate all sizes and weights.
How long does an average grooming take?
Our small haircut service for a dog averages about 90 minutes. The largest, hairiest haircut service for a dog averages about 180 minutes. A cat haircut averages about 90 minutes. The time of course not only depends on the size, but also the coat condition and behavior.
Do I have to be home for the grooming?
It’s good to be home for your first groom with us to ensure the groomer and client understands exactly what is expected. We are a company who prides ourselves on convenience and service. We do offer to keep your card on file, so for any future appointments it is not necessary to be home as long as your dog is accessible to the groomer.
Do you offer grooming for all types of pets? Breeds?
Yes, our groomers are trained to groom all types and breeds.
How will my pet be handled?
We strive to make your pet as comfortable as possible during the grooming process on their spa day. We are happy when our furry friends are excited to see our van arrive!
Can I be present during my pet’s grooming?
You can definitely consult with the groomer if you feel the need to be present during a groom. However, we have found that many pets behave much better without their owner present.
What kind of products are used?
We use a basic pet friendly shampoo. Specialty shampoos like hypo-alergenic or flea and tick shampoo are also available.
How often should my pet be groomed?
In order to keep a healthy coat, we recommend your pet is groomed every 4-8 weeks. We encourage clients to consult with your groomer on what would be best for your specific breed.
Are mobile dog grooming services safe?
Our mobile dog grooming services are safe. We offer a cage-free environment with one-on-one personal care and attention. Many of our clients mention that their dog or cat is much less anxious without other dogs and cats around.

We have groomers who specialize in grooming pets who are sensitive to grooming.
